He has expressed a wish, for personal reasons, to be free of both formal duties and the requirement to regularly attend the Company’s offices during the final twelve months of his service, which the Company is happy to accommodate.

Graham leaves the CDS Board on 31st March 2020. In the twelve months which follow, his responsibilities will be taken up by others, with his agreement that the Company will be able to call upon his knowledge, throughout this period, of those areas which have commanded his particular attention during his service with us.

Graham has contributed a great deal to CDS over his 13 years with us and he will leave with our best wishes for a well-deserved, long and happy retirement.
