Pre-Project

Initiation & Discovery

Configuration & Development
Our team configures CODAS around your workflows, not the other way around. Any required integrations or customisations are developed at this stage.
Training & Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is at the heart of this phase. We guide your team through realistic, end-to-end scenarios so they can see CODAS in action before go-live. Issues are caught, solved, and signed off with confidence.
Go Live
Implementation is carefully planned and rehearsed. With a structured cutover, weekend migration, and full validation, Monday morning starts with CODAS live and operational.
Aftercare & Support
Our work doesn’t stop at go-live. We provide on-site support in the first week, continued project assistance for six weeks, and a seamless handover to business-as-usual support once stability is achieved.
